I just wanted to send a quick email to you and the team regarding my flat. I went up to the flat to have a quick look at it over the weekend and I was very impressed at the condition of it. The place looked immaculate - it was in perfect condition for showing tenants round and you wouldnt have known there were three or four different tenants occupying the property over the last couple of years.
